If BridgeLab Pro or Enterprise does not fit your needs, write to info@techemv.it (or to FastSpring support for checkout orders) within 14 days of purchase and you receive a full refund — no questionnaire. On refund, the activation code is deactivated and the Software reverts to the Community tier.

Renewals

The same 14-day window applies from each renewal charge.

How refunds are paid

Invoice orders: bank transfer to the paying account. Checkout orders: processed by FastSpring to the original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days.

Free tier

The Community tier is free; nothing to refund — if something does not work, we still want to hear about it: info@techemv.it or a GitHub issue.
